No Build Output on Windows

I am trying to compile an Android package on my windows laptop but I keep receiving build error #5. I know that on a Mac device I will get a full output of the build process along with what exactly caused the build error. Unfortunately, I am not receiving this output on windows. I need to know how to re-enable or enable build output on windows, I need to test the onscreen keyboard and I cannot without building for device :(
