Hi,
If there is a way for us to access the pressure of touch event that will be great.
Adobe air has this API already. But i would like to see corona has it too.

Touch pressure
There is no way to detect the amount of pressure applied to most touchscreens (since it would require a pressure sensor incorporated in to the screen which would add additional cost for materials and manufacturing). One way to fake pressure detection would be to determine the surface area of the screen (such as dpi) that a touch takes up but that is not exposed in Corona. I'm not sure how Adobe AIR does it but it is not true pressure detection.
Yup. Can't be done.
Adobe Air is not available on iOS either.
