Looking for Artist (I build to ship)

I feel I've reached the point where I'm spending 75% of my dev time making art instead of actually coding (probably because I have everything down cold now). Not to mention things look far less attractive than they should (seeing as how I'm not an artist). So I'm in need of an artist that can produce UI and sprite sheets for games.

What I'm looking for:
- You are capable of making attractive, professional looking UI elements and sprite sheets
- You have existing work you can show to prove your capabilities
- You can dedicate "part-time" hours to work on projects (12-24 hours a week)
- Having a LinkedIn profile is a plus if you haven't made it in the last week or so :P

Some important details:
- This is not a "I'm getting a team together" post to round people up and try working on something. I build and publish Corona games quickly on my own (4-8 weeks) across three of the four supported platforms: iOS, Android, and Amazon. I expect with the artwork handled that the above timeline will only shrink further.
- I am also only working part-time on game development.
- I usually make puzzle games, action games, and/or runner games.

What you will get:
- Your real name, if you so choose, will be included on the splash screen and app description of the projects you work with me on
- A resume-building list of games you can point to for your future endeavors.
- 25% of all profits generated by games you work on with me (there are obviously conditions as to protect myself, those can be worked out in private).
- An almost 100% guarantee that the art work you put together will be used and will be published. I build to ship and never float multiple projects at once.
- Creative input. I will listen to (and many times use) your ideas.

If you've read this far and are interested, contact me at samuelgoshen@gmail.com. I am currently working on a casino-themed, physics-based puzzle game, so that'd be the first thing you'd work on.

Bump!
