FIXED - Issues communicating with the internet - sending data

I am getting the error

D/dalvikvm( 117): GC_EXPLICIT freed 1019 objects / 53320 bytes in 91ms
D/SntpClient( 61): request time failed: java.net.SocketException: Address family not supported by protocol

I am using the Build #319 and I have the permissions INTERNET enabled in build.settings and am using the network.request command as

network.request(URL,"POST", listener, params)

This works perfectly fine on an iOS device, in the simulator but fails on the Android. Was this an issue or is an issue?

UPDATE - FIX:
This was an error in the build.settings file that was not caught by the compiler, the settings were specific to android and hence worked for iOS and in the simulator but not on the device.
