The project builds fine. But when I go to install the .apk file on my phone I get this error:

Failure [INSTALL_PARSE_FAILED_NO_CERTIFICATES]

I'm forced to use the androiddebugkey but I don't really know how to use it. I thought I should copy "debug.keystore" to the same place my .apk was saved to. I call my app drewsbasic.apk In the build dialog I have the package filled out as com.drew.drewsbasic Is there something I'm missing? I really don't know what I'm doing and I can't seem to find any help online.

Hi,

On your phone did you check something like "Allow installation from other sources" (not sure about the actual wording on different systems/languages) ? On my HTC it is in the Application page of the settings.

This made installations, using adb, possible using Debug key or real key.

Name of package is only to set the unicity of the app when installing it.

If you'd like you can mail the package to phil [at] movingplayer {dot} com, I'll try to install it.
