What did I purchase for $350?

Ok, so I purchased Corona in hopes of it being, as it is touted, the one stop shop. But, I still have to do quite a bit of development outside of this software, including making the key in keytool which is hard to understand and convoluted.

So what exactly did my $350 get me?

Can someone post an actual step by step for this keytool creation?

With that being said, could I have just stuck with the trial version, created my app and use keytool to create a key and compile using Corona?

Just trying to figure out what the subscription actually entails...Any help would be a big help at this point.

Thanks!

What do you mean?
You got a Corona SDK License.
So that you legally may use your app as you would like to, sell it on Market, Appstore or just give away to friends!

Regarding the keytool, that's an Android/ google thing so you can set your own ID on the app you create.

With the trial version you are only allowed to use the debugger key.

Hey SlimBoy,

Thanks for the reply! Yesterday was an end to a long week thus the venting...I am a graphic designer and the programming thing is a new twist to my daily work regimen. I think Corona is an amazing piece of software. Just trying to figure out the best way to do what our company wants to do without losing my mind! HAHA I will take a look at the links you posted. Again, thanks!

No problem =)

Hey, got any samples of things you have made as a graphic designer?
Just cool to see your work =)
