How does one know what the link to the full version of an app will be if he's going to submit both lite and full versions at the same time? Is that even possible? Do you have to submit the full version first, wait til it's approved so you can get the app store URL, then submit the lite version?

You can create the apps in itunesconnect in order to get the appid and then just don't upload it until you have appid and links in place. (The links won't work, but at least you will have the app id and they will work once it is uploaded/reviewed/ready for sale.

I'd also recommend not having the app store auto publish the app, so that you can release both at the same exact time yourself.
