SPH fluid engine

Any way we can try to implement some SPH for fluids? THis would be really cool. Thanks

How about having the ability to create a meta-ball like interaction between physics bodies, to create a fluid like collision between particles. I am intrigued by the way developer for Feed Me Oil accomplished this.
