I posted a question ref the above and got a good response from the forum. (always a good sign).
The problem was the answers involved loads of code to do a fundamental process. ie drag an object and / or scale it.
Is there going to be some basic properties for an object that can be turned on / off etc.
Also some basic objects built in eg drop downs, sliders , check boxes etc.
Looking forward to developing but coming from a (lazy) delphi background where you simply drag an object onto the form and set properties I am finding the initial learning curve is very steep. (ie hello world with a button that can be dragged would be 200 lines but 3 lines in Delphi and more importantly 3 mins not 30 mins of learning).
I know Rome wasn't built in a day (but can you hurry).
I think you would open the platform to a whole beginner audience.
Keep up the good work
