Once logged into your Facebook account via an app, a session is started. If you close and re-open the app, it does remember your FB session, but the web pop-up still appears.

Is there a way to check that the FB session already exists and avoid the ugly login box every time you wish to call up data? Facebook.login() seems to be the only way to initiate things.
