I intend to write a SQLite based app, that needs a fluid design so it can adapt to different screen sizes.

I intend to output rows of query data, and make them look as nice as possible, with each row displayed against an attractive background, with the ability to scroll up and down through the rows.

Can someone point me in the right direction as to how best to implement this particular type of display?
