We recently won App of the Week with our game Pirate Island (http://blog.anscamobile.com/2011/11/app-of-the-week-november-13-2011-pirate-island/).

Although this is excellent exposure, and we're very grateful, we have noticed that we should also be awarded free reviews on all of the LaunchPad partner websites, including Crazy Mike's Apps, TechnoBrains and AppShrink.

Unfortunately, we haven't had any of the free reviews, and weren't contacted by Ansca about any of this. I have tried emailing launchpad [at] anscamobile [dot] com a couple of times, as per the instructions on LaunchPad, but I haven't heard anything back.

Has anyone had any experience of this or know what needs to be done to get things moving?
