Improvements in Ansca Engineering

To all Corona customers and prospective customers,

First, thank you for your support. Many of you are enthusiastic not only about Corona's current abilities, but our future as well. We appreciate that very much. We're working hard to make that a reality.

Second, we realize we urgently need to dramatically improve the way we handle bugs, feature requests, announcements, and even just plain old questions. Frankly, we haven't tracked these as well as we could have, and when we have responded, we have often not "spoken with one voice", with the unfortunate result that, while we have the best intentions for supporting you, we have frequently confused or even disappointed. This will stop.

We are fixing all of that now. We are going top to bottom and reorganizing our processes with the primary purpose of addressing these concerns. We are moving resources in order to provide service to areas that have obviously been neglected. And we are changing the way we communicate with you.

This does not mean we can do everything at once. But it does mean we can make much better plans, and share those with you so you can see what we are doing. The first part of this effort is that we published a roadmap which shows where we plan to go over time. Further concrete steps will be rolled out over the next two weeks. We are completely committed to this effort, and they will bring much needed clarity, and improve confidence in our ability to deliver the best mobile app development tool available.
