Iphone 5 screen size?!

There is a really good chance that the iphone 5 will have a 4 inch screen which is a big increase from 3.5 inches. What does this mean for all the artwork? Will I have to retrofit all my current apps in the store to meet the new screen size?

i dont think there will be huge difference in resolution, so simple scaling will be enough, just like scaling from iphone4 to ipad

Even if it did have a larger screen, it would most likely be proportionally scaled. Just like having your 123.jpg and your 123@2x.jpg.
