I have question about porting app to the iDevices. I never touch mac. I'm playing with Android but if Corona allows me create apps on iphone - why not?

Example: i have simple apps - display graphics, interactions(tap, rotate object). Apps are oriented only in one dimension(horizontal). Apps are for Android.

Question: How looks porting this simple apps to the iphone/ipad? I should only open project on mac, make build(http://developer.anscamobile.com/content/building-devices-iphoneipad) and thats it or usually it needs additional programing etc.?

I want to know the topic. Is it something big or quite easy?

Usually you can just build for IOS, some things might need changing (like scale etc) but usually the conversion is relatively minor
