if i buy corona for windows do i get the same features as the mac version ?
can i build for android and iOS on windows?
do they both have the same simulators?
whats the pros/cons for windows and mac versions of corona? (if any)
i just want to be %100 sure about this before i buy it or subscribe whatever you call it
Hey there,
Windows is limited to Android builds; this is because of limitations put in place by Apple. (You need Xcode and Application Loader to develop for iOS.)
Mac can build for iOS and Android.

guess im buying a mac then ... so much for my $2000 custom windows computer lol
what if i use a hackintosh would that work?
Sorry but Corona SDK is not supported for Hackintosh, no.
Trust me, you'll fall in love with a Mac ;)
Also, if you're on a budget after the costly PC, you can pick up a cheap Mac Mini and use that with your current monitor, keyboard and mouse :)

hahahaha that would be hella funny a mac mini and fulltower pc
well i found one for $200 on craigslist im guna try and get it the guy still has the box and all the manuals and stuff
Just make sure it's intel, of course :)
Also, if it's not running Snow Leopard you'll have to upgrade to it - but that's fairly cheap. (Can't remember exact $)
