Does any one know of a corona ui tutorial where you make tableviews, scrollviews and some basic things like text input and so forth ?

I have looked at the examples in corona, but they contain so much code that it is hard to know what is what and where to begin.
And how you would make the table view cells and so forth.

I am quite good with Obj-c and doing this directly in UIKit and xcode, but because I am now doing corona development, I need to mix and match "native views" and game views.

Especially tableview and cells.

No tutorials but a good idea.
