While it's true that nobody owns the trademark to a Norse myth, the guy you have there isn't Thor from the myth, that's Thor from the comic. And with the movie just coming out, this is especially "coincidental".

Yes, I had send an email to the infringements department of Marvel.
I am waiting for there reply, if they are bother by my game/character.
I had suggest that I can change the character to orange hair and with mustache.
