Even though it's a joke, I do believe that it's a parody of the thread where someone is looking for developers who could make a gazillion dollars. It's funny though that there are tons of people out there with "awesome" ideas, but in reality most of them are crap. And they expect us developers to do the work. It's like that movie that Ansca posted on their blog.
