Inneractive impression count and low eCPM

I'm seeing a couple weird things using Inneractive in my latest Android release and wondering if anyone else is having these issue.

First, I am getting crazy high numbers of impressions. 8,500 in one to be be exact, for an app that only had about 50 new downloads that day and about 900 active installs. I show a banner ad in between levels, and have 10 levels. So if every single person that has the app played every single level I could have 9500 impressions so it is POSSIBLE, but it is highly unlikely. Any ideas why my impressions would be so high? I have a a 30 second interval, but hide the ad as soon as they click to goto the next level.

Second, my eCPM on inneractive is very low, only 1 cent. inMobi's was around 20 cents and I was expecting inneractives to be much higher. Is this normal? I am wondering if my high impression count is messing this up too.

I'm currently trialing inneractive on both iOS and Android.

iOS, it's kicking ass. Great fill rate, high CTR, high eCPM.

Android, I'm getting the impressions (accurate numbers I believe) but the click through rate is awful.

I believe this may have more to do with the fact that Android users are used to seeing ads and ignoring them, although that's just me theorizing, nothing more.

I imagine that number of impressions is certainly possible if your game gives a user a reason to replay a level, like a death, better score, star rating, etc.
